on my way to a speedy recovery*
finally back from alexandra resort or rather hospital. a four day three night stay with wonderful services i must say. being treated like a princess. whatever i wanted was just a nurse bell away! food was fantastic! every visitor envy my food! now for my negative reports...i hate needle that is one thing for sure. when i first got admitted i got a needle stuck in my veins for lke 4 days! OUCH! and 4 times a day my fingers are pricked for surcose test. another ouch. and lastly digusting medicine. that's about it..and of coz i enjoyed visits from friends! coz it's rather boring to be in the hospital for 4 days. and i think my mental level has dropped to a ability of a 5 year old. watching retarded cartoons from morning to nite. i learnt several songs though!:p and i had short conversations with spongebob grandma i think she is cool! for a seventy year old to carry spongebob. hahaha...and now for my special thanks...

1. of coz my family members for being there everyday! just short visits in the evening also makes me happy!
2. wendy and vincent, also being there most of the days just to keep me company when nobody could come. and kor kor buying nemo to keep me company at nite...but poor nemo got locked up by the nurse:(
3. eve and cynthia, thanks for the flowers and card! it really brighten up my day just to see you both there to make me smile despite the pain!:)
4. to everyone else: sarah,zac,sk,josco,rentia,clement,jimmy
,angie,andrea,adrian,carole,ben,roy! thanks for the calls and smses and coming down to visit me! hope i didnt miss out anyone...
5. how can i forget my nurses and doctors!:D

backkk*
oh wells just arrived back after two continuous camps. i'm practically quite dead! for one, i have used up all my energy for both camps. and two i havent finish my homework. if you call this a holiday, you gotta be joking...
++living and leaving a legacy
ltc was great but super tiring! we poor camp comm only sleep at 4am:( but it was totally amazing to see how much energy we actually have to run the camp. training sessions were super enjoyable. i have never met a coach who can capture attentions so fast before. all things went quite well. my favourite moment of the whole camp was the kite flying at west coast with our teachers and a great macdonald feast! i have never seen that side of my teachers before! made new friendships and best of all. walking home with many valuable lessons learnt!:)
++return of the King
kirinki! yay! we won! alright back to serious business. heartbeat junior retreat will be a memorable one coz this is the first! it has been a great pleasure to be there even though i was all tired by ltc camp. not regreting a bit! the games were exciting with unsolvable clues. worship and sessions were real and fantastic to experince God moving among his people. i love the morning walk to the beach and had fun collecting seashells! over all i had lotsa fun! a past that will never be forgotten!:)

river of tears*
Setting sun by the riverside,
Beholding a magnificent sight.
Listening to the rhythmic waves,
Watching the clouds float by.
Precious memories overflowed,
Tears rolled down,
Blown away by the breeze.
Deciding to leave the past behind,
Allowing the waves to drift far.
Darkness encircled the sky,
With a last look of the horizon,
I turned to the opposite direction.
Left with a thought,
The past has vanished,
The present awaits with joy.

hearts on fire*
rushing from school to kallang is total madness. hillsongs prepared an spirit-filled worship with 12 000 young and old coming together to praise God. the stadium was pratically shaking as youths were full of energy jumping up and giving their all. a sight that hasnt been seen since planet shakers? to be a blessing to others we in turn have to recevie blessing from God first, that was the main message shared today. many new christians were welcomed to the family today! praise God! AMEN!
dance to laughter
dance camp was organised by us student leaders but what amused me the most that i couldnt stop laughing was the wonderful station games. my station was the best! with the a netball pole, i had groups with creative pole dancing and silly kiddy songs. extra points for flying kisses. haha. oh wells. all things went well. thank God. day two starts tml. sleepy...nite nite.
